1月29日 で48歳になりました。
誕生日が土曜日でしたが、前日金曜日に事務所スタッフからお祝いしてもらいました。

今年は年男です。
精神安定剤を飲んで、なんとか受けることができたMRI検査の結果、左肩関節損傷と診断されたので、近々手術を受けて、その後数か月のリハビリが予定されていますが、それ以外は体調もすこぶる良好です。
自己免疫力を高めるために毎週末運動をして、大量の汗を掻いて代謝を上げていますし、オミクロン恐るるに足らずです。
還暦まで後一周！まだまだ働きますよーーー！！
