今月、札幌地方裁判所の某支部に住宅資金特別条項ありの給与所得者個人再生を申し立てました。
先週、書記官から軽微な追完指示と事件番号の報告があったのですが、その事件番号が平成２８年（再ロ）第１号！
あまり申立事件がないようで、受付番号を教えてもらうときに書記官もちょっと嬉しそうな感じでした。
そういえば、平成１８年７月に私が豊中市の登記事務所で勤務していた時に、申請した商業登記案件で「会計参与の設置」と「会計参与の就任」がありました。
「会計参与」は、平成１８年の会社法施行に伴い認められた全く新しい株式会社の機関。
管轄の大阪法務局豊中出張所（当時）の商業登記官から「会計参与に関する登記申請は、これが当庁で初申請ですよ！」と言われました。
第１号というのはやはり気分がいいですね (＾◇＾)
