■ペンネーム・通称での記載

■全く氏名の記載はないが、筆跡から判明する場合
⇒ 無効
【押印について】
■実印
⇒ 有効
■認印
⇒ 有効
■拇印・指印
⇒ 自筆証書遺言における押印は、指印をもって足りる（最大平1.2.16）
法律職の立場としては、やはり専門家に内容をチェックしてもらったり、公正証書遺言を作成することをお勧めします。
