9/10 日曜日、「日本司法書士会年次制研修」を受講してきました。
毎年１２単位取得が求められる業務研修とは別に実施されるもので、初回は司法書士登録後３年目に、以降は５年毎の受講が義務付けられているものです。
いわば、運転免許証の更新手続きみたいなものでしょうか。
参加者の中には、登録年数５３年目の大先輩もおられました。
午後から半日、主に「司法書士倫理」をテーマに研修が実施されます。
中盤では、不祥事や懲戒事由になり易い下記の３項目について、グループディスカッションも行いました。
①本人確認／意思確認
②預り金の取り扱い
③公告方法について
登録年数が様々な先生方と意見交換をしますので、考え方の比較として非常に参考になります。
自分はまだ登録１３年目！ 日々精進ですね！！
