セキュリティ強化のために、事務所の全パソコンに「デバイスシャッター」というソフトを導入しました。
デバイスシャッターとは、USBメモリやCD-R／DVD-R、スマートフォン等の記憶デバイスの接続を制限するセキュリティソフトウェアで、一部の地方自治体でも導入されているものです。
個人情報の不正持ち出しや、盗難・紛失による情報漏洩を防止することができます。
当事務所も司法書士事務所として、より一層コンプライアンス、守秘義務の強化を図るために導入を決断しました。
担当者から導入実績として紹介したいとの要望があったので、快諾しました。
