早いもので、今年も５月に突入しています。
当事務所にも新人スタッフが加入していますが、一般的には「五月病」にかかる方も多いようです。
「五月病」について調べてみました。
五月病とは、新しい環境に適応できないことに起因する精神的症状のこと。
なりやすいタイプは、①真面目で責任感が強く、内向的な人 ②我慢強い人、気配りに気遣いのできる人 など
対策方法は、①信頼できる人に悩みを話したりして、コミュニケーションでストレスを軽減する ②食生活の栄養バランス ③質の良い睡眠 ④ＯＦＦの日はリラックス が挙げられるようです。
外国では５月ではなく、別の月に同じような症状が発生し易いとか。
幸い当事務所スタッフは現時点では大丈夫のようですが、皆さんも注意して下さい。
