当事務所が入居している若杉グランドビル別館にセコムが導入されました。
従来は平日と土曜日は常時、管理人兼守衛の人が待機しているので、一定のセキュリティは保たれていましたが、セコムが入ったことで夜間と日曜祝日もより強化されることになりました。
司法書士には、司法書士法により秘密保持義務が課せられていますし、個人情報保護法のもとで、個人情報の管理には特に意識が必要です。
当事務所も紛失や盗難の可能性がある書類で保存管理するのではなく、できるだけＰＤＦ化しサーバーへの保存管理を進めています。
勿論、ウイルス対策ソフトの導入等も怠っていません。
相談者の非常にデリケートな情報を扱いますので、今後も細心の注意を払って業務に臨みたいと思います。
